David R. Fraley, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Rampart Investment Management, was invited to speak at the Goldman Sachs Equity Products Strategy Conference in New York City. The conference centered on the “A” list-Absolute Return, Active Risk, Alpha, Alternatives. Mr. Fraley’s presentation zeroed in on the firm’s capabilities to provide alpha through covered call option programs it provides to a variety of investors. Exposure to the alpha can be obtained through a stand alone investment in the strategy or as an overlay as plan sponsors seek ways to separate the beta and the alpha producers in their asset allocations.
