Debbie oversees Rampart’s operational departments and is responsible for implementing the company’s compliance program. She has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Debbie is a member of the Executive Committee and a Board Member of Rampart.
Prior to joining Rampart, Debbie served as Assistant Vice President and Operations Manager for the domestic and international equity strategies at the Boston Company Asset Management Co., Inc. Prior to the Boston Company, Debbie spent nine years with PanAgora Asset Management and held the Operations Manager position for all domestic and international structured products.
Debbie received a Business Certificate from Burdett School and attended Stonehill College, Easton MA.
